This web it' s not for loss weight loss, it' s about be healthy and get the best food benefits.  I' m  vegetarian but you don' t need to be, my inspiration is the "alkaline diet"  or macrobiotica.
We need to start listening the phrase"we are what we eat".

The general health of the body is maintained primarily through food. That's why today is affected by excessive consumption of fast foods high in white flour, sugar and industrial products, which is what is called "acid diet."

The pH
The pH of blood is a number that is derived from the ratio of blood bicarbonate and carbon dioxide. We all breathe, we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide.  For this reason, the pH is an equation to give an absolute value of the ratio of bicarbonate, an alkaline substance which is intended to balance the acidity of our body, and carbon dioxide, which is an acidic substance which is excreted.
