Healthy diet-Healthy life

This web it' s not for loss weight loss, it' s about be healthy and get the best food benefits.  I' m  vegetarian but you don' t need to be, my inspiration is the "alkaline diet"  or macrobiotica.
We need to start listening the phrase"we are what we eat".

The general health of the body is maintained primarily through food. That's why today is affected by excessive consumption of fast foods high in white flour, sugar and industrial products, which is what is called "acid diet."

The pH
The pH of blood is a number that is derived from the ratio of blood bicarbonate and carbon dioxide. We all breathe, we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide.  For this reason, the pH is an equation to give an absolute value of the ratio of bicarbonate, an alkaline substance which is intended to balance the acidity of our body, and carbon dioxide, which is an acidic substance which is excreted.


What is known as "potential Hydrogen" is neither more nor less than the pH and its scale is from 0, which is the most acidic, to 15, which is the most alkaline. Normal for our blood is 7, which is an intermediate.  The pH is 7.4 for blood, but within each cell may vary and is not stable, since here there are variations of the products that are incorporated and excreted.

Foods that produce an acidic environment are:
* White flour
* Wheat
* Rice Flour
* Derivatives baking (cookies, breads, pastas, invoices)
* Meat of beef and pork
* Seafood
* Chocolates
* Condiments (ketchup, mustard, vinegar, etc..)
* Pickles
Acidic beverages include alcohol in all its variables (wine, beer, hard liquor), derivatives such as pasteurized skim milk, coffee, regular tea, mate, some drinks, and drinks that contain sweeteners and flavorings. .
Life of mitochondria depends on the eating habits of a person. 200 years ago, with the Industrial Revolution, there was an abrupt change in the power of human beings, with a massive increase in carbohydrates (starches and refined sugars) that have acidifying effects and addictive.
An alkaline medium
When there were no refined foods, food was based man than with land. This means that eating fruits that could collect directly from the trees, vegetable farming, and meat from animals that could hunt. And studies show us paleontology, not suffering from cancer.

Today we can say with scientific rigor, that diseases that cause mortality by 70% of the world population are mostly due to this change in diet. The refined carbohydrates are the generators of obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis and many other diseases.

The changes in our eating habits, increasing intake of fruits and vegetables (especially raw), followed by natural animal products such as eggs, fish and meat to a lesser extent, would lead to a drastic decrease of these diseases.

A great alkalizing is lemon because it has a pH 3.5 and contains vitamin C, which is ascorbic acid, and also contains potassium bicarbonate that will interact with the baking soda in our body by increasing their level. Another alcanilizan lemon compounds in our body are flavonoids. They also have antioxidant actions. In turn, the lime contains magnesium, which is an alkalizing mineral.
If predominantly eat vegetables, have a contribution in the body which produces a state bicarbonate alkalinity naturally.
